Dermot Realty Management Co., LP in Wellington, FL is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join the property team. The role is on-site, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with on-call responsibilities for emergencies.
You will maintain the grounds and units, diagnose and repair systems, and ensure safety and resident satisfaction.
Required:
2+ years in luxury property maintenance, valid driver’s license, EPA Section 608 certification (HVAC preferred), and a high school diploma.
