The Dermot Company, LP in Wellington, FL seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician to work on-site with the property team. You will ensure safety, perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC and pool areas, and respond to emergencies as needed.
The role requires 2+ years in property maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and EPA Section 608 certification with HVAC credentials preferred. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with on-call availability.
