Perform Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW/TIG) on aircraft parts and assemblies in accordance with established procedures and specifications;
Fabricate and repair metal components using various metals and metal alloys, including stainless steel and aluminum, to meet required tolerances;
Strike and maintain welding arcs to achieve correct depth of fusion and proper bead formation on all welds;
Inspect work pieces before and after welding to ensure alignment, fit, and adherence to quality and safety standards;
Perform minor repair operations, including Helicoil installation, flushing, grit blasting, vapor degreasing, and repairing cracks, broken parts, and filling holes
