Wellington Health and Rehab in Wellington, KS is looking to hire a full-time night Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team.
This rehabilitation nursing position earns a competitive salary of $16.00 - $17.60 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA)As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you play a vital role in our community. You provide total care for residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care, and catheter care. You perform care as defined by the resident plan of care or CNA assignment card, visit residents, and reposition as required.
With a close eye for detail, you record temperature, pulse, respiration, weight, and conduct range of motion as needed. You observe and report any changes in condition, attitude, reaction, appetite, or behavior, maintaining confidentiality while complying with HIPAA regulations and facility policies.
Your warm and friendly demeanor makes it easy to provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors, and colleagues. You take pride in the difference you make in the lives of our residents.
Qualifications For a Certified Nursing Assistant (cna)- Completed a state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
- Current Kansas certification/registration to practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
- Desire to work with the elderly.
Experience in a geriatric nursing facility is preferred but not required. We seek trustworthy, respectful, dependable, professional, and team-oriented individuals who enjoy serving and caring for seniors.
WORK SCHEDULEThis full-time health care position works a 12‑hour shift from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. with rotating weekends.
