Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA

About the Position

Wellington Health and Rehab in Wellington, KS is looking to hire a full‑time night Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This rehabilitation nursing position earns a competitive salary of $16.00 - $17.60 per hour and offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, short‑ and long‑term disability, a flexible spending account (FSA), a 401(k) plan, paid time off (PTO), life insurance, continuing education unit (CEU) reimbursement, and daily pay options.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you provide total care for our residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care, and catheter care. You perform care as defined by the resident plan of care and CNA assignment card, visit residents, reposition as required, record vital signs, conduct range of motion, observe and report changes in condition, maintain confidentiality, and follow HIPAA requirements.

You build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.

• Completed a state approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Current Kansas certification/registration to practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Experience in a geriatric nursing facility is preferred but not required.

This full‑time health care position works a 12‑hour shift from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. with rotating weekends.
