We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Wellington Health and Rehab. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital signs, and other essential nursing tasks. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and be part of a dynamic and supportive team environment.

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Assist with feeding, toileting, and ambulating residents as needed
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress
  
  Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care is delivered to our residents

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer residents as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
