Compensation- Average hourly rate is $17.63 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)
- Weekend shift: at least one day per weekend.
- Evening hours required at least one day per week.
Transport Support Worker.
Responsibilities- Provide transportation and visitation support for children and families involved in the child welfare system.
- Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
- Coordinate with other agencies providing Permanency Services.
- Promote the well‑being of children through transportation and support services.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience in child and family services.
- Experience working with children and families.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility, punctuality, and commitment to advocacy for children and families.
- Night and weekend availability; evening availability required at least one day a week.
- Completion of a Predictive Index assessment.
