Appointment Center Representative​/Customer Service Representative

TC Hafford Basement Systems is a trusted regional leader in basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and crawl space services. We are growing and looking for an Appointment Center Representative / Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our Wells office team. This position is located in Wells, Maine and requires on‑site, full‑time attendance.

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from customers and new leads
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives (appointment setting / appointment scheduling)
• Make outbound calls to follow up on marketing leads and inquiries
• Enter customer and appointment information using CRM and data entry systems
• Send informational packets prior to scheduled appointments
• Assist with general office support and administrative tasks
• Provide professional, friendly phone‑based customer service
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ year of customer service, call center, or appointment setting experience
• Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette
• Comfortable with computers, CRM software, and accurate data entry
• Dependable, organized, and team‑oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-pace office environment
• Regular and reliable on‑site attendance required
