Customer Service Assistant

Partners Bank is seeking a Customer Service Assistant Seacoast Float to support multiple branches across the Seacoast region. In this on-site role, you'll provide friendly, accurate service for personal and business customers, processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account inquiries. You'll assist with account openings, explain banking and digital services, and make referrals to lending or specialist teams. As a Seacoast Float, you'll adapt to different branch teams, uphold security and compliance standards, and help deliver Partners Bank's community-focused, relationship-driven service every day.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person customer service across multiple Seacoast branches, assisting with everyday banking needs
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and other routine teller transactions accurately
• Support new account openings and updates for personal and business customers
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and digital banking tools and services
• Make referrals to lending officers and other bank specialists based on customer needs
• Balance cash drawer and adhere to bank security, privacy, and compliance procedures
• Assist branch teams during peak times, staff absences, or special initiatives as a floating employee
• Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex concerns appropriately
• Maintain detailed, accurate records in bank systems and follow operational checklists
• Represent Partners Bank's community-focused culture and commitment to local relationships
