Job Title
The primary purpose of this position is to provide CADD support for Product Care and Research and Development (R&D).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Basic design work includes fit studies, tolerance studies, etc.
- CADD support based on red lined drawings.
- Performs other assignments as directed by local management.
- Interact and support other functional areas of the department such as Quality Assurance and Model Shop.

Work Hours:
7:00am – 3:30pm (Monday – Friday)
Hourly Pay Range : $32.92 - $41.15
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in CADD or a related field required.
- Minimum of two years' experience in field of expertise is required.
- Strong mathematical skills required.
- Computer-Aided Drafting experience is required.
- Solid Modeling experience is required.
- Solid Works experience is required.
- Cosmos experience is preferred.
- Practical experience or understanding of woodworking, metal working and plastic manufacturing is preferred.
- Demonstrates proficiency in all office systems/skills, Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience with the use of an ERP system is preferred. Use of SAP preferred.
- Must be extremely detail and accuracy oriented.
- Must be process oriented.
- Must have good organizational skills.
- Must be a good decision maker and problem solver.
- Must be an excellent communicator.
- Must present a positive and professional appearance and image.
- Must be an independent self-starter who is capable of functioning in a team environment.
- Ability to perform the essential functions assigned to the position.
- Compliance with all rules of conduct, safety regulations and policies provided in the Employee Handbooks, on Company bulletin boards/announcements, terms/conditions of employment or other means of communication is a requirement of the job.
