What the role involves:

The Maintenance Technician implements the upkeep and maintenance of the Sales Center and Welcome Center.

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Implement preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
• Maintain daily upkeep, including painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall, and landscaping clean‑up
• Complete maintenance calls and general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center
• Notify manager of any issues
• Assist guests when needed
• Complete all other duties as requested

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Good driving record clear of significant violations
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry
• Experience in general resort maintenance such as landscaping, construction, and upkeep
• Ability to read construction work orders and use basic tools
