Raytheon - 113 Wells Street - Responsibilities:
Perform pre-coating operations following verbal, written or computer-generated instructions;
Conduct surface preparation and masking duties;
Perform post coating tasks including removal of parts from fixtures and masking, troubleshooting, and diagnosing malfunctioning equipment;
Perform deburring, blending, polishing, countersinking, grinding, drilling or grit blast operations on aerospace engine components;
Check parts to meet visual and dimensional requirements using micrometers, verniers, height gauges and fixed gauges;
Assist engineers in developing new or changed operations; suggest improvements to operating parameters and processes
