Learn to set up and operate NC milling/grinding machines, vertical turret lathes or VTCs to perform routine production operations;
Verify conformance of finished work to specifications using precision measuring instruments;
Learn to maintain machines by performing total preventive maintenance (TPM);
Collaborate with engineers, quality assurance, programmers and other production personnel to resolve machining problems;
Attend on-the-job training and training program to become a Certified Operator
