About the Role

The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) ensures a top‑notch guest experience while completing store‑level tasks. The GSS leads store operations, supports employees, and maintains safety and quality standards.

Gauges of Responsibility
  • Supervise employees, ensuring they perform all job duties as implemented by management.

  • Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Operate the point of sale according to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels.
  • Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
  • Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes.
  • Manage all cash processes including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
  • Always replenish products to ensure in‑stock conditions.
  • Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
  • Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Efficient and organized.
  • Minimum age 18 years.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock area, and register area.
  • Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift.
  • Work in intermittent temperatures (cooler, outside, etc.).
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED.
Pay Range

$17.28 – $20.49 per hour. Final amount offered at start of employment is based on factors including experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities, geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time.
