Energy North/Haffner’s is seeking a Store Manager to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. The Store Manager is pivotal in implementing the company’s policies, procedures, and commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction. The role works closely with store employees to ensure daily routines and responsibilities are completed in accordance with company policy.

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications. The minimum salary range for this role is $53,900 – $73,000 per year.

• Ensure store conditions meet company expectations by completing and delegating shift duties
• Assist employees in following up on daily shift duties
• Lead and motivate employees to be productive members of the store team

Energy North Inc is one of the largest wholesale distributors of fuel in New England. Our retail arm manages 72 gas stations, convenience stores, car washes, and food service locations. The Haffner’s brand operates gas stations and car washes in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. We also distribute heating oil, propane, and provide HVAC services to 45,000 customers in the region.
