Structural Concrete Foreman – Wells, ME

TC Hafford Basement Systems is seeking an experienced Structural Concrete Foreman to lead the installation of our patented concrete wall forming system. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a proven construction leader who understands concrete forming, structural support, layout, and safe installation practices. The right candidate must be capable of leading a crew, making sound jobsite decisions, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring every project is completed safely and correctly.

You'll Do
  • Lead a crew on residential and commercial structural concrete installations.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee each project from start to finish.
  • Install and brace steel, aluminum, and wood forming systems to engineered specifications.
  • Ensure forms are properly supported before concrete placement.
  • Maintain a safe, productive, and quality-driven jobsite.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of construction experience, including concrete, structural, or framing work.
  • Previous crew leadership or foreman experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of concrete forming, structural principles, bracing, leveling, and construction safety.
  • Ability to read and follow installation specifications and plans.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, kneel, crawl, and work in varying weather conditions.
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed.
  • Regular, reliable, on-site attendance is mandatory.
