Wells Concrete is seeking a Field Laborer to join our precast installation crew. You will perform general construction labor, handle materials efficiently, and operate equipment with safety in mind.
You’ll learn grouting and welding and manage crane rigging as needed, following directions from the Foreman and Field Superintendent. Ideal candidates bring general math skills, ability to read blueprints and tape measures, and a foundational understanding of construction.
