You’ll work alongside a supportive Administrator, experienced ADON/RN, and dedicated department heads who value teamwork, quality care, and resident-centered service.
What You’ll Do:- Lead and oversee the nursing department
- Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance
- Support, train, and mentor nursing staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on resident care plans
- Promote a culture of dignity, compassion, and respect
- Current Louisiana RN license
- Long-term care leadership experience (ADON, Unit Manager, or similar)
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for senior care and team leadership
- Supportive leadership team
