La Petite École d’Eliana, is seeking dynamic and passionate French-speaking Level 3 Practitioners to join our dedicated team. Our nursery prides itself on creating a nurturing and immersive bilingual environment where children can thrive academically and socially. As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality early years education and care while actively promoting the French language among our little learners.

Your commitment and expertise will help foster an engaging learning atmosphere that supports each child’s individual growth and development. You will collaborate closely with fellow practitioners and parents to implement stimulating activities that cater to diverse learning styles and encourage creativity, curiosity, and linguistic skills in both English and French. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with young children in both languages.

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children.
• Plan and deliver engaging and educational activities that promote language development in both English and French.
• Assess and monitor children’s progress, providing regular feedback to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement the nursery's curriculum and policies.
• Support children’s emotional and social development by fostering positive relationships and behavior.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for children.
• Keep accurate records of children’s progress and development, sharing insights with parents and colleagues.

• Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Fluency in French and strong communication skills in English.
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting, particularly with bilingual children.
• Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive learning activities for young children.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
