Fire Alarm Service & Maintenance Engineer Required

Pro Group Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Alarm Service & Maintenance Engineer to join a growing and well-established fire safety business.

The Role

You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of fire alarm systems across occupied residential properties, delivering a high standard of workmanship while providing excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Routine servicing of addressable and conventional fire alarm systems

* Fault finding, diagnostics and remedial repairs

* Carrying out small works, including like-for-like replacement of fire alarm components

* Working on a variety of manufacturers' systems, including:

* Honeywell

* Apollo

* Kentec

* Gent

* Accurately completing service documentation and reports

* Providing a professional service when working within occupied residential buildings

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems

* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

* Experience working with both conventional and addressable systems

* Knowledge of leading manufacturers such as Honeywell, Apollo, Kentec and Gent is desirable

* Comfortable working in occupied residential environments with excellent customer-facing skills

* Full UK Driving Licence
