Hourly Rate: £22 per hour CIS

Build Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trader to join our client's social housing team, working on void properties across Hammersmith and Wembley.

• Carrying out carpentry works within void properties, including doors, frames, skirting, kitchens, locks and general woodwork repairs.

• Completing first and second-fix carpentry as required.

• Undertaking additional trades, including basic plumbing, tiling and patch plastering.

• Carrying out repairs and maintenance to ensure properties are ready for re-letting.

• Making good after works and ensuring all jobs are completed to a high standard.

• Working efficiently to meet deadlines and minimise void turnaround times.

• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety regulations.

• NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification in Carpentry.

• Previous experience working on void properties within social housing or council contracts.

• Strong carpentry skills and the ability to carry out secondary trades to a good standard.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Reliable, professional and able to work independently.

• £22 per hour CIS.

• Temp-to-perm opportunity.

• 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

• Van and fuel card provided.

• Van stock provided.
