Key Responsibilities
* Supervising and coordinating electrical operatives and subcontractors on site.
* Overseeing electrical installation works in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project programmes.
* Ensuring all works comply with current electrical regulations, health and safety requirements, and site procedures.
* Carrying out quality inspections and ensuring installations meet the required standards.
* Coordinating with site management and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Monitoring daily progress, labour, and materials.
* Identifying and resolving technical issues to avoid delays.
Essential Requirements
* Proven previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor is essential.
* Previous experience supervising electrical works on commercial projects.
* Valid ECS Gold Card or relevant electrical qualifications.
* SSSTS or SMSTS
* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Good understanding of health and safety procedures and RAMS
