Construction Project Manager
The Construction Project Manager role involves overseeing construction projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring timely completion, adherence to safety standards, and effective communication across stakeholders. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in construction, engineering, or data center environments
- Experience in project coordination or project support roles
- Understanding of data center environments (power, cooling, MEP systems)
- Knowledge of construction delivery or commissioning processes
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and communicate across technical and non-technical teams
- Support construction activities from project initiation through closeout, ensuring all tasks, schedules, and action items are tracked and executed on time
- Coordinate meetings, vendor activities, engineering site visits, and internal cross-functional discussions to maintain project progress
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Support construction activities from project initiation through closeout, ensuring all tasks, schedules, and action items are tracked and executed on time
- Coordinate meetings, vendor activities, engineering site visits, and internal cross-functional discussions to maintain project progress
- Assist in preparing project approval tools, requests for proposals, and scope-of-work documentation to support on-time delivery
- Oversee project repositories, ensuring clear organization, retrieval, and version control of documentation across all phases
- Actively participate in project site safety, including daily site reviews for EHS observations
- Assist in monitoring vendor performance and ensuring contract compliance
- Provide accurate project progress data, KPI metrics, and schedule updates to support cost management and reporting
