Construction Laborer

Our client, a leading company in the construction and trades industry, is seeking a Construction Laborer to join their team. As a Construction Laborer, you will be part of the operations supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Laborer

Location: Wenatchee, WA

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Shift: Day Shift

What's the Job?

• Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites
• Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Perform general labor duties as assigned by supervisors

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Basic understanding of construction or mechanical work preferred
