What’s the Job?- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites
- Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Perform general labor duties as assigned by supervisors
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction or mechanical work preferred
