Location: Wenatchee, Washington (and surrounding areas)
Employment Type: Part‑time (20 hours per week, path to full‑time)
Starting compensation: $2,000 per month
About the RoleWe are hiring a Lead Videographer + Real Estate Media Photographer to take filming and production responsibilities off our owner's plate and become a key part of a growing real‑estate media company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and operational side of content production. You’ll film properties, capture photos and drone footage, direct clients on camera, organize media, quality‑check edits, and help ensure clients receive an exceptional experience.

- Film real‑estate properties, listing videos, and promotional content.
- Create talking‑head videos, social media reels, and short‑form content for business clients.
- Capture professional real‑estate photography.
- Capture drone footage (or be willing to learn).
- Direct clients on camera and help them feel confident during filming.
- Guide clients through scripts, interview questions, and talking points.
- Cover client shoots when the owner is unavailable.
- Assist with recurring retainer client productions.
- Operate company‑provided camera gear.
- Maintain high visual and technical standards on every shoot.
- Organize and upload footage after shoots.
- Maintain clean project organization and file structures.
- Communicate with editors regarding project needs.
- Review edited videos before delivery.
- Ensure all content meets company quality standards.
- Provide feedback and revisions when necessary.
- Assist with script creation using AI tools and prompts.
- Write captions and video titles.
- Create basic thumbnails for videos and social media content.
- Schedule approved content through our publishing platform.
- Help keep projects moving smoothly from shoot to delivery.
- Property shoots completed professionally and on schedule.
- Clients feel comfortable and confident during filming.
- Footage consistently organized and uploaded correctly.
- Editors receive clean footage and clear instructions.
- Videos are quality‑checked before delivery.
- Retainer client shoots are covered successfully.
- Projects move smoothly from filming to final delivery.

- 1–3+ years of videography, photography, or content production experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable directing people on camera.

- Can manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong internet connection.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Wenatchee area and surrounding communities.
- Bonus:
Experience with real‑estate media production. - Real‑estate photography.
- Drone operation (FAA Part 107 Drone License).
- Adobe Premiere Pro.
