Bilingual Office Professional

Wenatchee, WA // 30+ hours a week // Year Round

Seeking a positive, professional, self-driven individual who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills to join our art-driven, Wenatchee-based business.

This is a Full-Time Office Position in Wenatchee. Hours usually consist of 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday.

Ability to manage high call volumes and juggle multiple tasks at once, all while providing exemplary customer service.

Bilingual individuals are encouraged to apply.

The most qualified individual will have exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills with quality attention to detail. Hard-working and dependable with a fun, upbeat attitude. Experience in customer service and intermediate computer skills a must.

Assisting Customers via Phone, Email, and in Person

Greeting and Assisting Customers and Clients in our Studio

Using a Point of Sale Program, including Invoicing

Balance Cash Drawer, and Accounts Receivable

Research Issues, Find Solutions, and Resolve

Placing Orders for Customers

Scheduling Sessions and Studio Appointments

Assisting with Production of Photography Services & Products

Working to Complete Projects

Conducting Family and Senior Consultations prior to Photographic Sessions

Assist Photographer with Photographic Sessions

Viewing Images from Sessions and Placing Order for Clients

Website Management for Customer Ordering

Work Closely with Other Departments to ensure Top Quality Products and Services
