Customer Service Rep: Wenatchee 5th

We are looking for customer service representatives to work at Domino's Pizza. Qualified individuals will perform store duties, assist customers, process orders, maintain equipment, and support store operations.

• Operate all equipment and prepare product.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler, and work area.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

• Comprehend and give written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Calculate monetary change accurately.
• Basic math skills with calculator.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Customer service representative with personality and people skills.

• Pay range $17.13 per hour.

• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing for most tasks; walking on ceramic tile/linoleum.
• Walking short distances for brief durations.
• Sitting during paperwork, usually at a desk.
• Lifting up to 50 lb with hand truck; stacking up to 72" high.
• Carrying small items up to 30 lb.
• Pushing trays on dollies (24"–30") requiring up to 7.5 lb of force.

• Stooping, bending, and squatting to stock and clean.
• Reaching up to 72" and down to lower areas.
• Eye‑hand coordination for shaping pizza dough, handling pizza peel, and other tasks.
