ARCHITECT / PROJECT DESIGNER

• Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies
• 3-5 years of experience in an architectural office setting
• Experience in all phases of project development
• Experience with the permitting process
• Familiar with the Energy Code and IBC, IRC, ANSI, and ADA Standards for accessible design
• Motivated to learn and contribute in a team environment
• Interest in pursuing architectural licensure preferred
• Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred
• Experience using 3D and graphic software design tools
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong design and graphic skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Must live in or have the ability to relocate within commuting distance, with reliable transportation, to support a full-time, in-office schedule

• Support all phases of project development, from design through construction administration
• Assist the Project Architect with project assignments and deadlines

• Annual salary range: $60k-85k, depending on experience

This is a full-time, in-office position (40 hrs/week) at the company's main office location - not remote. Some travel to job sites may be required.
