Join a robust and progressive staff of 36 Hospitalist physicians and 14 advanced practice providers.

Position Overview

• Seeking Board-certified or board-eligible Med/Peds physician
• Full-time position
• Day position for Med and 24-hour shifts for Peds
• Flexible scheduling model: blend of Medicine and Pediatric shifts
• Semi-open ICU
• Additional shifts available if desired
• Epic Electronic Medical Record
• Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
• Providers who value high quality care and work life balance
• Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
• Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records

• Compensation:
  First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidates qualifications.
