Join Wenatchee Valley Medical Group (WVMG), a physician-owned and governed multispecialty group affiliated with Confluence Health, as a full-spectrum general dermatologist. Step into an outpatient practice working alongside an experienced team of six general dermatologists, two Mohs surgeons, and one advanced practice provider. This opportunity is ideal for providers who value high-quality care, work-life balance, and patient education with clear, compassionate communication.
Practice Info
- Multispecialty group affiliated with Confluence Health and Wenatchee Valley Medical Group (WVMG)
- Outpatient general dermatology practice
- Practice alongside six general dermatologists, two Mohs surgeons, and one APP in Wenatchee, plus a dermatology partner in Brewster
- Clinical research opportunities available
- Interest or experience in leadership is welcome
- Interest in cosmetics is also welcome
Responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum general dermatology care
- Educate patients and families with clear, compassionate communication
Compensation
- Pay range: $514,199-$555,891
- First-year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median
- RVU production model beginning in year two
- Signing bonus

Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist
- Strong clinical foundation in general dermatology
- Commitment to high-quality care and strong patient experience
- Interest in leadership and/or cosmetics welcomed
- One-year physician partnership track for U.S. candidates
