Wenatchee Valley Medical Group (WVMG), a physician-owned multispecialty group affiliated with Confluence Health, is seeking two Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologists to join their collegial team in central Washington. This opportunity features a balanced practice mix of 70% procedures and 30% clinic visits, supported by an established, collaborative team and Epic EMR. Providers enjoy a flexible 5-day or 4-day work week, a favorable 1:8 call rotation, and comprehensive professional support.

Practice Info

  • Physician-owned and governed multispecialty group affiliated with Confluence Health
  • Collaborative GI team of 8 physicians and 6 APPs, including 5 General GI, 2 Therapeutic GI, 1 Motility Specialist, and 1 Hepatologist
  • Balanced practice mix of 70% procedures and 30% clinic visits
  • Outpatient clinic rotations include outreach to Omak and Moses Lake
  • Epic EMR supports streamlined documentation and workflow
  • Established, team-based practice environment

Compensation

  • $573,663 - $620,176
  • Competitive first-year salary with RVU bonus potential
  • Signing bonus and relocation assistance up to $20,000

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology
  • Eligible for Washington State medical licensure
