Clinical Compensation

Providers are compensated on a percentage of collected patient revenue — meaning what is received from patients and insurance, not simply what is billed.

Supplement Dispensing

Providers receive a defined percentage of supplement sales generated through their prescribing. The remainder supports clinic operations and continuing education resources — directly benefiting the environment you practice in. Supplement recommendations are always patient-need driven, consistent with our clinical philosophy.

• Mentorship from an experienced naturopathic physician.
• Support for continuing education and professional development.
• Assistance with insurance credentialing and contracting.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• Flexibility and clinical autonomy within a values-aligned practice.
• A built-in, eager patient community.

Full compensation details and progression milestones are available upon request and will be discussed openly during the interview process.

We look forward to welcoming a thoughtful, dedicated physician to our team and our community.
