Pay range $293,600-$333,277 dependent on location and experience

We have positions available in both our East Wenatchee and Moses Lake clinics, where our teams feature a mix of physicians and APPs at approximately at 2:1 ratio.

• Seeking board-certified or board-eligible Family Physicians
• 1.0 FTE positions
• Standard four-day work week
• Lab, X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and integrated behavioral health onsite
• Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
• 20 - 25 patients per day
• EPIC Electronic Medical Record
• Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
• Providers who value high quality care and work life balance
• Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
• Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records

• Compensation:
  First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications.
