This is a full-time tenure-track faculty position based on the Omak campus.
Teaching and Clinical Supervision- Teaching nursing theory courses, covering nursing practice and patient care.
- Supervising students in the skills practice lab, ensuring they develop the necessary clinical skills.
- Supervising students in clinical experiences in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities and community agencies.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of the nursing program curriculum.
- Participating in the development and implementation of nursing program education policies.
- Assessing student learning outcomes and evaluating the effectiveness of the nursing program.
- Holding scheduled office hours and advising students on degree and career paths.
- Participating in department, division, college and task group meetings.

Minimum Qualifications- A master's degree in nursing from an accredited program OR a bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university AND a master's degree in a health or education related field from an accredited college or university (per WAC ).
- A current, unencumbered RN license in Washington state.
- Evidence of current clinical skills in medical-surgical nursing.
- Documented successful teaching experience.
- Post-secondary teaching experience, preferably in a community college setting.
- Experience with online and hybrid teaching modalities.
- Experience in curriculum development.
- Proficiency with computer applications for instruction and clinical documentation.
- Ability to create digital content in accessible formats.
- Experience working in multilingual and multicultural environments.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
