About the Position:

NC Power Systems is seeking Data Center Technicians in our Wenatchee / Quincy WA area. This is a key role in our company in which our technicians are responsible for diagnosing and maintaining all Data Center generators as well as installations in EPG and Industrial engines in the field. The role is 100% in the field.

• Patience and safety is a priority
• Diagnose, Repair and Install Industrial engines (Including OEM and EPG)
• Maintaining engines and generators at Data Centers
• Troubleshoot and inspect power generators to make necessary repairs
• Order parts by using Caterpillar parts ordering system (SIS)
• Communicate with Engineering, customers and other team members
• Meet administrative requirements to complete paperwork and inspections (including service reports, jobsite specific paperwork, and quality service notes)
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience Needed:

• Degree in Diesel Technology is preferred
• 2+ years of generator experience or CAT Industrial engine
• Must possess your own tools
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Lifting requirements of 30+ pounds
• Above average communication skills, written & verbal
