. We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our dynamic Environmental Practice team based in our Seattle, Bellingham, Wenatchee, Yakima, or Bainbridge Island, WA offices.
In this exciting role, you will tackle diverse and complex environmental projects across the Pacific Northwest. Your work will include environmental site assessments, remedial investigations, feasibility studies, property cleanup, urban redevelopment projects, remedial design engineering, cost recovery support, and landfill system optimization. Expect variety and challenges in your daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct complex technical projects including planning, budgeting, and ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability.
- Evaluate contaminated sites and develop remediation strategies, including feasibility studies and engineering design reports.
- Lead the creation of work plans, data evaluations, and cost‑benefit analyses.
- Implement remedial pilot tests, oversee vendor selection, and manage field teams.
- Mentor and guide junior staff to improve project performance and career growth.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including geologists, data scientists, and engineers.
- Prepare and review technical reports and proposals.
- Engage in fieldwork including site visits, environmental sampling, and oversight of remediation systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and regulatory agencies.
Education and Licensure:
- Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering or related field (required).
- Master's degree in environmental engineering or related field (preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (required).
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience (15+ years preferred).
- Familiarity with contaminant fate and transport.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state regulations regarding site cleanup (required).
- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities (required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (required).
- Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Ability to work in teams and navigate interactions with clients and regulatory bodies.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and a clean driving record (required).
Compensation:
The salary range for this position varies by location:
- Wenatchee: $135,755 - $236,080
- Bellingham, Yakima: $142,540 - $247,885
- Bainbridge Island, Seattle: $149,330 - $259,690
