Diamond Foundry is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to standardize technical knowledge, training, and processes across Equipment Operations. In this hands-on role, you will bridge the gap between engineering and the production floor by translating complex machinery workflows into clear, repeatable training systems and SOPs. You will partner with technicians and leadership to eliminate operational waste and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Wenatchee, located in eastern Washington alongside the Cascadian Mountains, is a beautiful recreational town with much to offer. This quaint town experiences four seasons and is accompanied by ski resorts for winter activities, copious amounts of bodies of water for summer fun, and easy access to breathtaking hikes.
