SummaryThe Controller is responsible for leading the company's accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting strategic financial decision‑making. This role oversees the accounting team, manages month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensures compliance with GAAP, and partners closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance. The position will lead the Annual Financial Audit and external Financial Reporting.
The accounting department oversees 5 different entities with two of the entities that do consolidate.

QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Net Suite, Dynamics, SAP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Desired:
- Master's Degree.
- 5 years work experience in hospital Accounting.
- A certified public accounting (CPA) license.
