Location: Wenatchee, WA
Compensation: $130,000-$160,000 + incentive opportunities

This role is for a lender who enjoys being out in the market, cultivating meaningful client relationships, and structuring smart, well-crafted credit solutions that help local businesses thrive.
What You'll Do- Develop, manage, and grow a diverse commercial loan portfolio with a strong focus on relationship banking
- Proactively source new business through referrals, networking, and deep community engagement
- Structure and negotiate commercial loans including C&I, owner-occupied real estate, and investment real estate
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and collateral to assess credit risk and opportunity
- Prepare and present clear, compelling credit packages for approval
- Partner closely with credit, operations, and leadership to deliver a seamless client experience
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insight beyond the transaction
- 5+ years of commercial lending or relationship management experience
- Strong credit acumen with the ability to balance growth and risk
- A proven track record of portfolio growth and client retention
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence in front of clients and credit committees
- Deep appreciation for community banking and local market engagement
