SummaryAn Occupational Therapist provides professional rehabilitation services for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, cognitive, sensory, and/or mental health impairments. This includes evaluation of all assigned/scheduled patients, the development of treatment plans, administration and implementation of the treatment program, and appropriate discharge planning.

QualificationsRequired:
- Active Washington State Occupational Therapist License or Active Occupational limited permit with expectation to obtain Active Washington Occupational Therapist license in the first year.
- Graduated from an accredited occupational therapy program.
- Completion of clinical internship.
Desired:
- Two years of occupational therapy experience.
