Key Responsibilities :

Patient-Centered Care

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality nursing care using the nursing process and unit-specific standards of practice.
• Provide compassionate, individualized care that promotes safety, comfort, and positive patient outcomes.

Care Planning & Implementation

• Develop, implement, and continuously reassess individualized plans of care based on patient needs and responses.
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with policies and best practices.
• Perform nursing procedures and treatments with attention to quality and patient safety.

Evaluation & Discharge Planning

• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans as needed.
• Continually assess discharge readiness to ensure plans are appropriate and aligned with patient needs.
• Identify and address patient and family educational needs to promote safe transitions of care.
