Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Orthotist‑Prosthetist located in Wenatchee, WA. The primary responsibilities include assessing patient needs, designing and fitting orthotic and prosthetic devices, performing gait analysis, and providing personalized patient care. The Orthotist‑Prosthetist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, ensure proper device functionality, and provide follow‑up care to enhance patients’ quality of life.
Qualifications- Expertise in Orthotics and Prosthetics, including fabrication, fitting, and adjustment of devices
- Proficiency in Gait Analysis and evaluation to ensure proper functionality of devices
- Strong background in Patient Care with a focus on providing compassionate and personalized support
- Knowledge of medical terminology and practices related to Orthotics and Prosthetics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with patients and healthcare providers
- Certified by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics (ABC) or Board of Certification (BOC). Board eligible accepted too.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant clinical education in orthotics and prosthetics; completion of a CAAHEP‑accredited program is preferred
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous
