Provides clinical mental health services to children, families, and adults in an outpatient community mental health clinic, client homes, or community-based locations such as schools. Responsibilities will include intakes, diagnosis, case management, and mental health treatment services to identified clients. This position will support multiple schools in the Eastmont and Wenatchee School districts, with a focus on students grades 4-7. This position will travel between schools based on need and it is a year round position.
Responsibilities- Provide intake assessments, diagnosis, and ongoing culturally sensitive treatment to children, families, and adults using Evidence Based Practices
- Complete required documentation within the identified time frames
- Develop clinical treatment plans which focus on client strengths, culture, needs, and goals within the briefest time frame for successful achievement
- Maintain encounters/productivity of 60% of reportable/billable services
- Participate in ongoing Continuous Quality Improvement to ensure that services provided demonstrate best practice standards and meet all contractual requirements
- Actively participate in individual and group supervision, clinical staff meetings, and other multi-disciplinary meetings
- Staff cases that require specialist consultations and psychiatric consultation as required
- Coordinate client treatment with schools, physicians, and other community resources and referrals to community services whenever necessary
- Observe confidentiality in all related program functions with staff and clients
- Establish and maintain working relationships with other community mental health providers, primary care, and other referral sources
- Provide routine services and on-call coverage outside of standard business hours if required by assigned program or team
- Perform other duties as assigned

Physical RequirementsThis position normally requires the physical demands of standing, walking, bending, lifting or performing other work requiring low physical exertion, talking and hearing on a regular basis to perform the job requirements. These physical demands are required up to 80% of the time. Position also requires ability to drive with adequate vision.
Non-Physical RequirementsQualifications for candidates hired at the MHP level: $84,800 - 95,400 per year
- Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA), Marriage & Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA), Independent Clinical Social Work Associate (LICSWA), or Licensed Agency Affiliated Counselor (LAAC) in Washington State
Qualifications for candidates hired at the Licensed level: $90,100 - $100,700 per year
- Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW) license in Washington State
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, clinical psychology, or a related field leading to eligibility for clinical licensure
- Two years of experience working with children, families adults in a professional outpatient setting
- Valid Washington driver's license and minimum required liability insurance for WA State
- Must be deemed insurable as determined by Catholic Charities liability insurance provider
