Hilton Garden Inn Wenatchee managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality (NSH) is currently interviewing for a Guest Service Representative/Front Desk Clerk

- Ensure guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check-in, check-out and coordination of hotel services.
- Respond to guest reservations requests, answer telephones and respond appropriately to requests, and handle guest compliments or complaints with actions as deemed necessary.
- Handle cash, make change, and balance an assigned house bank.
- High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel and hospitality experience preferred.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.

Provides home life balance for any reason under applicable laws; PTO available after one full year of service with accrual starting day one;
