Hilton Garden Inn Wenatchee managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality (NSH) is currently interviewing for a Guest Service Representative/Front Desk Clerk

• Ensure guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check-in, check-out and coordination of hotel services.
• Respond to guest reservations requests, answer telephones and respond appropriately to requests, and handle guest compliments or complaints with actions as deemed necessary.
• Handle cash, make change, and balance an assigned house bank.

• High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel and hospitality experience preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
