Guest Services Representative

Overview

Hilton Garden Inn Wenatchee, managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality (NSH), is hiring a Guest Service Representative/Front Desk Clerk. The role is entry‑level in a hospitality setting focused on guest satisfaction and revenue optimization.

• Perform front‑desk duties including check‑in, check‑out, and coordination of hotel services.
• Respond to guest reservation requests, handle telephone inquiries, and address guest compliments or complaints.
• Process cash transactions, make change, and balance an assigned house bank.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure seamless communication with other departments.

• High school diploma or GED; prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

• Paid holidays:
  New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
