Summary

The HR Manager leads the HR Operations and Benefits teams to build, implement, and manage effective, results-driven outcomes. This position will oversee the HR Operations functions.

Essential Functions
  • Direct and oversee the daily operations of HR administration, benefits, HRIS, leave administration, and employee records management.

  • Establish and maintain HR operational procedures, standard work, and internal controls to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery.

  • Supervise and develop HR Operations and Benefits staff through coaching, training, performance management, and succession planning.

  • Establish and analyze HR and benefits metrics, prepare reports and dashboards, and provide recommendations to improve employee experience and operational effectiveness.

  • Work in conjunction with Director and HR Leadership to set cascading goals and meet budget or hiring metrics.

  • Manage vendor performance, invoices, audits, and service-level agreements to ensure quality and fiscal accountability.

  • Serves as a member of the HR leadership team to assist with the development of HR goals and strategies.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures related to benefits, employee data management, and HR operations.

  • Develop, implement, and administer employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, life, disability, wellness, and voluntary benefits.

  • Manage HRIS configuration, data integrity, reporting, audits, and process improvements to support organizational objectives.

  • Serves on CH work groups in matters beyond the daily scope of their position.

  • Lead HR operational projects, system implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee service.

  • Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and operational leaders to ensure seamless administration of employee programs and workforce initiatives.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for leaders and employees regarding benefits programs, HR processes, and regulatory requirements.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Demonstrate Standards of Behavior and adhere to the Code of Conduct in all aspects of job performance at all times.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Bachelor's Degree.
    • 6 years recent/relevant experience and 2 years of relevant leadership experience.

    Deired:

    • Benefits experience.
    • Previous Human Resources experience as a generalist or senior analyst.
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS and advanced computer skills related to Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge and experience in problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation.
    • PHR, SPHR (SHRM-CP/SCP) or CHHR certification.
