SummaryHybrid position (Not fully remote) located in Wenatchee, WA.
Under moderate direction, the Epic Application Analyst I is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, implementing and support of assigned applications. Builds collaborative relationships with health system leadership, clinical department users, IT and other departments to facilitate usage and acceptance of the system. The Analyst I will work as a key member of the support team to build, maintain, test, and train as needed to assure successful implementation and ongoing support.
The Analyst I will be the key subject matter expert and act as the liaison between stake holders and the support team for assigned applications.

QualificationsRequired:
- Education:
Associates degree or 2 years work experience in IT; or MA/CPhT plus 2 years work experience; or LPN/RN licensure required. - Maintain all state licensing requirements relevant to position hired.
- Ability to attend classes/seminars and complete certification(s) as assigned, may require travel up to 2 weeks at a time.
- Specific applications experience may be required, depending upon position.
Desired:
- Knowledge of health care organizations and work flow.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Two years as an application support analyst, application analyst or healthcare related field preferred.
- Superior time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Possess good customer service skills.
