Domino's Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers who have strong leadership, judgment, math, and multitasking skills. This role involves ensuring all store operations run smoothly and that policies are followed consistently.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for everything that occurs during your shift including cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations. You will set the example and enforce policies.

• Oversee all cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations.
• Follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and enforce them from your crew.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, cost control, cash control, food management, schedules, image, standards, customer service, attendance/punctuality, transportation, cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

Many team members start as delivery drivers and progress to franchise ownership. Opportunities range from Assistant Manager to General Manager to franchisee or corporate operations.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and training are provided on the job.

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Rapidly add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately (calculator may be used).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Eye‑hand coordination for rapid and accurate movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigate maps and locate addresses within a delivery area.
• Operate in adverse terrain while carrying product.

• Varying weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F+ in some areas.
• Sudden temperature changes inside and outside.
• Food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters.
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
• Adverse weather when delivering product, driving, and couponing.

• Telephone hearing, near and mid‑range vision for in‑store tasks.
• Depth perception.
• Distinguish hot vs. cold surfaces.
• Far and night vision for driving.

The ability to direct activities, handle repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, perform under stress, meet quality standards, interact with people, analyze data, make judgments, and decisions.

• Pay range  17.13 to  22.00 per hour.

Must be at least 18 years old.

• Standing: most tasks from standing position; surface heights 36”‑48”.
• Walking: short distances, deliver between store and vehicle.
• Sitting: paperwork normally completed at desk or table.
• Lifting: bulk deliveries up to 50 lb; cases up to 3' × 1.5'.
• Carrying: large cans (3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lb), trays (12 lb each).
• Pushing: moving trays on dollies; up to 7.5 lb force.
• Climbing: occasional stairs or ladders; up to 5 flights during delivery.
• Stooping/Bending: forward bending at waist at assembly station.
• Crouching/Squatting: occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching: continuous reach up, down, forward; up to 72” for controls.
• Driving: delivering within designated area; may make several deliveries per shift.
• Hand tasks: eye‑hand coordination; use forearms, wrists, pizza peel, cutter, etc.
• Machines/Tools: use of pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, etc.

• Deliver product by car to customer door.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to insured vehicle for delivery.
