Stocking
Schedule:
5:00am-1:30pm, 5 days a week (overtime, weekends, and holidays required)
Pay: $/hour
Seasonal role:
April 1 – September 15, with potential for full‑time transition.
- Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day
- Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers
- Daily restocking of coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases
- Rotate products to ensure quality, following a first‑in, first‑out stocking system
- Build displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking, and building items according to instruction and schedule set by supervisor and store management
- Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely‑accessible manner; prepare for return of any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily
- Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
- Ability to use reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business‑use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs
- Mileage reimbursement
- Local routes – allowing you to stay close to home and represent an international brand in your community

Base pay range is $20.39 to $22.66 per hour; pay offered will depend on geographic location, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Candidates who receive a conditional offer of employment must complete a pre‑employment screening, including a criminal background check, drug screening, and for certain roles, a motor vehicle record review.
Screening results are evaluated based on several factors, including the nature and severity of an offense, how much time has passed, the relevance to the position, patterns of repeated offenses, and driving history for roles that require operating a vehicle.
